1) Ecommerce and Systems Administrator

Summary

  • Ecomm admin: Product setup, data maintenance, SEO and traffic growth. You will live in excel initially, so System Analyst, Project Analyst, Accountants, any type of office manager or worker in the last 30years, will have excel familiarity right !
  • General IT systems maintenance and oversight (desktops, VOIP phones, warehouse / inventory management system, Ecomm, Accounting platforms) admin and problem resolution. Although we dont need you to be an expert you will be responsible for these and need to be able to liaise with softeware vendors, and or google at minimum. Take ownership and have ability to learn new things.
  • Project Management and ability to self manage multiple tasks over varying time frames and priorities a must.
  • Although web dev, programing and specific software package knowledge is a nice to have. Curiosity, passion, willingness to continue learning, coupled with interest in bikes is a bigger drawcard for our team. Looking for a team player that wants diversity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Can be a Senior role or a Grad role ... Management aims to build this capability and team up over time.
  • Potential for partial work from home arrangements.

 

2) Warehouse Junior

  • Reports to the Warehouse and Workshop Manager
  • Core responsibilities revolve around order management, pick/pack, warehouse locations management, data maintenance, inventory management (put away and organise goods in to both physical and virtual location (systems).
  • Training will be provided on systems, processes and products, so we expect you to grow in both responsibility, product knowledge and with our Business
  • Must be team focused, willing to help, IT savvy (not scared of systems). Not about title, its about team.
  • Workshop and mechanical abilities are well regarded
  • You need to be a bike person to progress in this company !! Product Management (finding and selecting brands), Events (demo days, shop rides) this is all the good stuff. Management team are all MTB'er and rip.
  • Comes down to you, your willingness to learn and adapt, your high level of curiosity, penchant for systems and lack of fear in navigating, learning the business. Must be interested in Bikes, Ecomm, Multi-media.
  • Location is @ Rydalmere ... subject to change further west. (July 2025)

3) Part-time Accounts Payables/Receiveables and Customer Service

  • You know what AP/AR is all about. Mix of Bull dog and Angel
  • Its all about customer service and persistence.
  • We use (Xero, Ecomm (Neto/Maropost).
  • Interest and knowledge of bikes is a plus, but not essential
  • 2 to 3 days per week on site: Rydalmere (possible move further west July 2025). Potential partial work from home - Subject to negotiation and flexibility.
